Who we are

What we collect

Contact form: your name, company, email address, the topic you choose and your message.

Booking a call: when you book through our Google Calendar booking page, Google processes the details you enter, and we receive your name, email address and answers.

Website statistics: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and to prepare a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (website hosting and statistics), Web3Forms (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox) and Google (email and calendar). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Cookies

We set one cookie, only when you choose a language, so the site remembers your choice. It is not used for tracking. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
